HSE Supervisor (Saudi National)

Role Overview

What You Will Do

• Conduct daily site safety inspections and audits, correct unsafe acts, and stop work when imminent danger exists.
• Review contractor Job Safety Analyses, method statements, and risk assessments before high-risk activities.
• Lead initial incident and near-miss investigations, prepare reports, and track corrective actions.
• Monitor toolbox talks, conduct HSE inductions, and promote proactive safety reporting.
• Ensure compliance with the corporate HSE plan, client rules, and Saudi environmental and labor regulations.
• Maintain safety metrics and site inspection records.

Required Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience, mainly in construction health and safety.
• Experience with large-scale infrastructure, heavy civil, or commercial developments.
• Bachelor's degree or recognized technical diploma in a listed safety, engineering, environmental, or business field.
• NEBOSH IGC is mandatory.
• Knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, scaffolding, heavy lifting, excavation, and heat stress management.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• OSHA 30, IOSH, or valid Saudi Council of Engineers registration is preferred.
• Direct experience with Saudi giga-projects such as NEOM, Red Sea Global, or Amaala is preferred.

Location and Work Arrangement

• The role requires relocation to and full-time work in the Tabuk region.
• The position is field-focused and based across construction site zones.
