Job Summary
Support the implementation and monitoring of HSE 360 programs and practices.
Work with the HSE Manager to identify hazards, develop safety protocols, and educate staff on safe work practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support HSE 360 programs and policy implementation.
- Maintain HSE documentation and records and perform related data entry.
- Conduct facility and equipment inspections and hazard assessments.
- Investigate and report HSE incidents and violations.
- Provide administrative support to the health, safety, and environment department.
- Plan and monitor HSE activities, including training, audits, inspections, and management reviews.
- Update HSE performance and compliance indicators.
- Coordinate HSE activity logistics and schedules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence positive change.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as an HSE Specialist or in a similar role.
- NEBOSH IGC 1+2, OSHA or IOSH Managing Safely, and ISO 45001 or equivalent certificates.
- Knowledge of the manufacturing industry is an important asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize several files, and exercise sound judgment.
