- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Implement marketing strategies and lead generation activities
- Manage campaigns via digital platforms, email, and social media

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Maintain CRM and sales reports using MS Office tools
- Coordinate with operations and training teams for service delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 4 years of sales & marketing experience (HSE / industrial / training preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven sales target achievement
- B2B sales experience is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office
- UAE driving license preferred but not mandatory
