Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain project HSE procedures, plans, and reporting systems
- Ensure compliance with Trakhees, Dubai Municipality, MOHRE, Civil Defense, and other authorities
- Conduct routine site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments
- Review contractor HSE documentation including method statements, risk assessments, permits, and safety plans
- Monitor implementation of corrective and preventive actions
- Conduct toolbox talks, site inductions, and awareness sessions
- Participate in incident investigations and prepare reports
- Coordinate with Trakhees and relevant authorities during inspections and audits
- Maintain HSE records including permits, inspections, NCRs, incidents, and training logs
- Prepare weekly and monthly HSE reports and dashboards
Requirements
- Trakhees approval required
- 5 10 years of HSE experience in construction
- Knowledge of UAE HSE regulations (Dubai Municipality, MOHRE, Civil Defense)
- Experience in villa development projects

Role Summary
- Seeking an experienced HSE / Safety Engineer (Trakhees Approved) to support supervision and delivery of a villa development project in Dubai under Trakhees regulations.
- Responsible for implementing, monitoring, and enforcing HSE requirements across construction activities while ensuring full compliance with authority requirements, consultant procedures, and project HSE standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain project HSE procedures, plans, and reporting systems in accordance with UAE regulations and project requirements.
- Ensure compliance with Trakhees, Dubai Municipality, MOHRE, Civil Defense, and other applicable authority requirements.
- Conduct routine site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments.
- Review contractor HSE documentation including method statements, risk assessments (RA), permits, and safety plans.
- Monitor implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor day to day site activities and ensure safe construction practices are maintained.
- Identify unsafe acts and conditions and coordinate corrective measures with contractors and supervision teams.
- Conduct toolbox talks, site inductions, and awareness sessions where required.
- Participate in incident investigations and prepare reports with recommendations and close out actions.
- Support the Resident Engineer and Project Manager on all HSE matters.
- Coordinate with Trakhees and relevant authorities during inspections, audits, and compliance reviews.
- Support project teams during authority visits and site observations.
