Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and safety plans on site
- Conduct risk assessments, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and site safety inspections
- Ensure compliance with UAE HSE standards and client safety requirements
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness training
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses; prepare reports and corrective actions
- Monitor work permits, PPE compliance, lifting activities, work at height, and confined space activities
- Maintain HSE records, reports, and documentation
- Coordinate with project teams and subcontractors to ensure safe work practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Engineering or related field
- Minimum **2+ years of UAE experience** as an HSE/Safety Engineer
- NEBOSH is certification Mandatory
- Good knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and standards
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- Ability to work independently and manage site safety activities effectively
- **Candidates with SARS Card will be an added advantage**
Preferred Skills
- Experience in construction projects
- Familiarity with PTW system, emergency response, and incident investigation
- Immediate joiners preferred
