Position Overview
The HSE Professional supports the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of health and safety programs across operations. Working under the guidance of senior safety staff, this role contributes to safety deliverables, participates in inspections, and assists with HSE initiatives. The HSE Professional is actively involved in safety trainings, field assessments, and incident investigations, while gaining practical experience and technical knowledge in a variety of operational settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and updating safety plans, procedures, and supporting documentation.
- Participate in field inspections, audits, and hazard assessments under supervision.
- Support compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other applicable health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with senior safety personnel during incident investigations and root cause analyses.
- Contribute to the planning and delivery of safety training and daily work briefings.
