ASICO FZE is seeking an HSE Officer to conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits for oil terminals, field operations, and plant productions. The role involves hazard identification, incident investigation, HSE training, and emergency response coordination.

Responsibilities
- Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments for oil terminals, field operations, plant productions.
- Identify hazards, evaluate risks, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure proper use of PPE and compliance with safety rules by all employees and contractors.
- Investigate incidents, near misses, and accidents; prepare detailed incident investigation reports.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, labeling, and disposal of hazardous materials and waste.
- Implement spill prevention, control, and emergency response plans.
- Maintain environmental records and coordinate with approved waste disposal contractors.
- Conduct HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and refresher training for employees and contractors.
- Promote safety awareness programs and campaigns to improve HSE culture.
- Support internal and external audits, inspections, and regulatory visits.
- Coordinate emergency response drills (fire, spill, evacuation).
- Ensure availability and functionality of firefighting equipment and emergency systems.
Requirements
- Experience in HSE roles within oil terminals, field operations, or plant productions
- Knowledge of risk assessment, incident investigation, and safety auditing
- Ability to conduct HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and training
- Familiarity with emergency response procedures and firefighting equipment
