Responsibilities
- Implement HSE policies, procedures, and site safety plans
- Conduct daily site safety inspections and hazard identification
- Ensure compliance with UAE HSE laws, client standards, and company policies
- Monitor use of PPE and enforce safe work practices
- Carry out Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and Risk Assessments
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses; prepare detailed reports
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness programs
- Ensure emergency response plans are in place and practiced
- Monitor environmental aspects such as waste management, spills, and emissions
- Maintain HSE documentation, permits, and records
- Assist with internal and external HSE audits
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports
Requirements
- Experience in HSE role within oil and gas industry
- Knowledge of UAE HSE laws and regulations
- Certification in NEBOSH or equivalent
