About the Role
WalkThru Contracting seeks an HSE Officer with at least 1 year of UAE construction HSE experience. The role involves conducting daily safety inspections, monitoring compliance, preparing risk assessments, and supporting incident investigations.

Responsibilities
- Conduct daily site safety inspections and identify workplace hazards
- Monitor compliance with company HSE procedures, client requirements, and UAE regulations
- Prepare and review risk assessments and safe work practices
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness campaigns
- Identify unsafe acts and conditions and recommend corrective actions
- Maintain HSE records, inspection reports, permits, and safety documentation
- Support incident investigations and ensure follow up of corrective actions
- Monitor proper use of PPE and enforce site safety rules
- Prepare weekly and monthly HSE reports
- Assist management in implementing HSE initiatives and continuous improvement programs
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of UAE construction HSE experience
- NEBOSH certification required
- Good knowledge of construction site safety practices and UAE HSE regulations
- Proficient in English (spoken and written)
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to communicate in Arabic and Urdu is highly preferred

Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of UAE construction HSE experience (proof of experience is required).
- Good knowledge of construction site safety practices and UAE HSE regulations.
- Preferable (ADOSH) Certificate no limitations.
- NEBOSH is required.
- Proficient in English (both spoken and written).
- Ability to communicate in Arabic and Urdu is highly preferred.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Strong knowledge of Risk Assessment preparation and implementation.
- Strong knowledge of Weekly and monthly HSE reporting.
- Strong knowledge of HSE inspection and documentation.
- Good communication, reporting, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
