About the Role
Art of Engineering (AOE) is seeking a qualified HSE Officer with valid Dubai and Abu Dhabi approvals to join their maintenance team. The role requires NEBOSH IGC certification and at least 2 years of HSE experience in maintenance, facilities management, MEP, or construction.

- Ensure compliance with HSE policies, procedures, and UAE regulations
- Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments
- Prepare and review Method Statements (MS) and Risk Assessments (RA)
- Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and awareness training
- Monitor the proper use of PPE and safety equipment
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and prepare reports
- Maintain HSE records and documentation
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure safe execution of maintenance activities
- Liaise with clients and authorities regarding HSE requirements
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an HSE Officer
- Experience in maintenance, facilities management, MEP, or construction projects
- Valid HSE approvals/permits for Dubai and Abu Dhabi
- NEBOSH IGC Certification (Mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and permit to work systems
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- UAE Driving License preferred
- Immediate joiners preferred

Job Summary
- Art of Engineering (AOE) is seeking a qualified and experienced HSE Officer to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate must possess valid HSE approvals/permits required for projects in Dubai and Abu Dhabi and have a strong understanding of UAE health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with HSE policies, procedures, and UAE regulations.
