Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with HSE policies, procedures, and UAE regulations
- Conduct regular workplace safety inspections and risk assessments
- Promote a safe working environment and enforce proper use of PPE
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and recommend corrective actions
- Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and employee awareness sessions
- Maintain HSE records, reports, and statutory documentation
- Monitor housekeeping, fire safety, emergency preparedness, and environmental compliance
- Coordinate with departments to ensure continuous improvement in workplace safety
Requirements
- 2–5 years of HSE experience
- Preference for candidates with experience in automotive, manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or similar sectors
- NEBOSH, IOSH, or other relevant HSE certification preferred
- Good knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and best practices
- Strong communication, reporting, and problem solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Ability to work independently in a fast paced factory environment
