Job Description
We are looking for a qualified **HSE Officer** to join our team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate must hold a **NEBOSH certification**, possess an **attested degree**, and be available to **join immediately**.
Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Prepare and maintain safety documentation, reports, and training records.
- Investigate and report incidents, accidents, and near-misses, and recommend corrective actions.
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety training sessions for staff and contractors.
- Promote a proactive safety culture across all project sites.
Requirements
- Valid **NEBOSH IGC** certification (mandatory).
- **Bachelor’s Degree (attested)** from a recognized institution.
- **HSE experience** in the UAE (construction).
- Strong knowledge of UAE safety regulations and practices.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
