Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies.
Conduct regular safety inspections of facilities
Ensure compliance with local safety regulations and facilities standards
Manage emergency preparedness plans (fire drills, evacuation procedures, etc.)
Investigate incidents and maintain accurate safety records
Conduct safety training and awareness sessions for others
Coordinate with external authorities when required
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in occupational health & safety or related field
Valid HSE certification (NEBOSH / IOSH / OSHA or equivalent)
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience (school experience is a plus)
Knowledge of safety practices in educational environments
Strong communication and organizational skills
Prefered
First Aid and Fire Safety certification
Experience working in schools or similar institutions
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Permanent
Pay: QAR4,500.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
