Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and safety programs

- Carry out risk assessments and Job Safety Analysis (JSA)
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness campaigns
- Monitor work permits and ensure compliance with permit to work systems

Job Summary
- KOREV Construction & General Contracting L.L.C. is seeking a dedicated and experienced HSE Officer to join our team for ADNOC projects in Abu Dhabi.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and enforcing Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment and compliance with ADNOC standards and UAE regulations.
- The ideal candidate must possess strong knowledge of HSE practices, risk assessment procedures, incident investigation, and site safety management within construction, infrastructure, or oil & gas projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and safety programs.
- Ensure compliance with ADNOC HSE requirements, client specifications, and UAE regulations.
- Conduct daily site inspections and safety audits.
- Identify hazards and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Carry out risk assessments and Job Safety Analysis (JSA).
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness campaigns.
- Monitor work permits and ensure compliance with permit to work systems.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, near misses, and prepare detailed reports.
- Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Monitor subcontractor and workforce compliance with HSE requirements.
- Maintain HSE records, reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate emergency response drills and safety exercises.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of UAE experience as an HSE Officer.
- Experience working on ADNOC Projects is mandatory.
- NEBOSH IGC Certification (Mandatory).
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- Strong knowledge of ADNOC HSE procedures and requirements.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Valid UAE Driving License (Preferred).
- IOSH Managing Safely Certification.
- First Aid Certification.
- Fire Safety Training.
- Experience in construction, infrastructure, road works, or oil & gas projects.
