Overview
We are seeking an experienced **HSE Officer** to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site.
Candidate must have experience in high rise buildings.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with local HSE regulations and company safety policies.
- Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and hazard identification.
- Monitor and enforce safe work practices among workers and subcontractors.
- Investigate incidents, near-misses, and accidents, and prepare detailed reports.
- Conduct HSE inductions and toolbox talks for site personnel.
- Maintain and update HSE documentation, including permits, inspections, and training records
- Assist in emergency response planning and drills.
- Report HSE performance and recommend corrective actions.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HSE Officer (UAE experience preferred).
- **SARS card is mandatory**
- Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and best practices.
- Ability to conduct safety training and inspections effectively.
