Responsibilities
- Conduct daily HSE inspections at work sites, labour camps, and operational vehicles
- Monitor compliance with company HSE procedures and UAE regulations
- Identify hazards and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Conduct risk assessments and Job Hazard Analyses (JHA)
- Deliver Toolbox Talks, safety inductions, and awareness training
- Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Investigate incidents, accidents, near misses, and prepare investigation reports
- Monitor emergency preparedness, first aid facilities, and firefighting equipment
- Verify vehicle safety, housekeeping, and welfare standards
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports
- Support ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and Integrated Management System (IMS) implementation
- Coordinate with supervisors to ensure timely closure of HSE observations
Requirements
- Experience in HSE role (1 5 years as per source)
- Knowledge of UAE HSE regulations
- Ability to conduct risk assessments and Job Hazard Analyses
- Certification in ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 preferred
- Strong communication and training skills
