About the Role
Abu Nasir General Transport Est seeks an HSE Officer with 4-5 years of experience, including at least 3 years in oil & gas or petrochemical industries. The role requires NEBOSH IGC or equivalent, ability to conduct HSE inductions, implement safety plans, and communicate with ADNOC clients.

Responsibilities
- Conduct HSE orientation/induction/HSE awareness sessions to workers
- Implement HSE plans, Welfare plans, Emergency response procedures/plans and site specific HSE procedures / work instructions
- Communicate with ADNOC like client during site visits and HSE meetings
- Implement SSOW (PTW/ WMS/ Risk Assessment etc.)
- Conduct HSE inspections
- Report and investigate incidents
Requirements
- Any Graduation in Engineering
- Minimum 4 5 years’ experience in HSE in any industry, with at least 3 year experience in oil & gas or petrochemical industries
- 1 year experience in direct Oil and gas plant in Abu Dhabi preferred
- Minimum one of the following: NEBOSH IGC or Equivalent
- Ability to conduct HSE orientation/induction/HSE awareness sessions to workers
- Ability to understand and implement HSE plans, Welfare plans, Emergency response procedures/plans and site specific HSE procedures / work instructions
- Ability to communicate with ADNOC like client during the site visits and HSE meetings
- Practical experience in implementation of SSOW (PTW/ WMS/ Risk Assessment etc.)
- Awareness of practical H2S control measures
- Ability to conduct HSE inspections
- Ability to understand and implement incident reporting and investigation procedure
- Ability to speak read and write English with good communication skill
