Responsibilities
- Conduct site inspections and safety audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance with HSE requirements
- Monitor implementation of HSE policies, procedures, and safe work practices
- Assist in conducting risk assessments, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and hazard identification activities
- Conduct or support safety inductions, toolbox talks, and HSE awareness programs
- Investigate accidents, incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions; prepare incident reports
- Maintain HSE records, inspection reports, permits, and compliance documentation
- Support emergency preparedness activities and drills
- Ensure availability of PPE, safety equipment, and proper site housekeeping
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
- Valid NEBOSH Certificate (Attested)
- Valid UAE Educational Certificate Equivalency
- Minimum 2–3 years of HSE experience in construction or contracting companies within the UAE
- Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and construction safety requirements
- Experience conducting site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HSE reporting
- Strong communication, organizational, and reporting skills

Job Overview
- We are seeking a qualified and experienced Part Time HSE Officer to support HSE compliance across construction and contracting projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site inspections and safety audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance with HSE requirements.
- Monitor implementation of HSE policies, procedures, and safe work practices.
- Recommend corrective and preventive actions for identified safety concerns.
- Assist in conducting risk assessments, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and hazard identification activities.
- Monitor implementation of risk control measures and corrective actions.
- Maintain records of hazards, observations, and safety findings.
- Conduct or support safety inductions, toolbox talks, and HSE awareness programs.
- Promote safe work practices and a positive safety culture across project sites.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.
- Prepare incident reports and follow up on corrective actions.
- Maintain HSE records, inspection reports, permits, and compliance documentation.
- Assist in preparing HSE reports and support audits and inspections.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Valid NEBOSH Certificate (Attested) is mandatory.
- Valid UAE Educational Certificate Equivalency is mandatory.
- Minimum 2–3 years of HSE experience in construction or contracting companies within the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations, construction safety requirements, and industry best practices.
- Experience conducting site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HSE reporting.
- Strong communication, organizational, and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and provide professional HSE support on a part time basis.
Pay
- AED 4,000 per month
