About the Role
Al Mashreq Global Oil & Gas Services seeks an HSE Officer to develop and manage project-specific HSE plans, conduct inspections and audits, and lead incident investigations. The role requires expertise in ADNOC and UAE regulations, risk assessments, and HSE training.

Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage project specific HSE plans, policies, and procedures aligned with ADNOC and UAE regulations
- Conduct regular HSE inspections, audits, and risk assessments (HIRA, JSA, HAZOP/HAZID), reporting hazards and recommending solutions
- Perform incident and near miss investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions
- Lead emergency response/drills, including confined space rescue, firefighting, spill response training
- Deliver HSE training programs and toolbox talks and promote safety culture
- Review and approve contractors' HSE documentation (risk assessments, method statements, PTW requests)
- Monitor HSE performance metrics (KPI), prepare weekly and monthly HSE reports for senior management
- Liaise with regulatory bodies (ADNOC, MOH, Department of Health), and support audits and inspections
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives and sustainability projects
Requirements
- Experience in developing and implementing HSE plans, policies, and procedures aligned with ADNOC and UAE regulations
- Ability to conduct HSE inspections, audits, and risk assessments (HIRA, JSA, HAZOP/HAZID)
- Experience in incident and near miss investigations and root cause analysis
- Ability to lead emergency response drills and deliver HSE training
- Knowledge of HSE performance metrics and reporting
