Risk Management and Compliance
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential hazards and recommend preventive measures tailored to the work environment.
- Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures aligned with local regulations and industry best practices.
- Perform regular site inspections and audits to monitor compliance with HSE standards.
- Promptly address deficiencies identified during site inspections and audits.
Safety Training and Emergency Preparedness
- Lead safety training sessions, workshops, and drills to promote a culture of safety.
- Ensure employees are familiar with emergency protocols.
Requirements
- Ability to conduct comprehensive workplace risk assessments and recommend preventive measures.
- Knowledge of HSE policies, procedures, local regulations, and industry best practices.
- Ability to deliver safety training, workshops, and emergency drills.
- Ability to perform site inspections and audits and address identified deficiencies.
