Role overview

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in occupational health and safety, engineering, environmental science, or a related discipline.
• 5-8 years of HSE supervision experience in construction and infrastructure projects.
• Experience with utility infrastructure, roads, wet utilities, dry utilities, or civil infrastructure projects.
• Experience in consultant construction supervision, PMC, CMO, or Engineer environments.
• NEBOSH IGC certification is mandatory.
• IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent certifications are preferred.
• Knowledge of international HSE standards, risk management principles, and construction safety practices.
• Experience conducting inspections, audits, incident investigations, and safety reporting.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Saudi Arabian safety regulations and project requirements is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and report preparation.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are advantageous.
