Qualification
- TAQA D Approved and qualified as a Competent Person.
- Experience working on TAQA D approved projects.
Safety Planning and Implementation
- Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures.
- Conduct risk assessments and identify hazards.
- Prepare safety plans and emergency response plans.
- Ensure compliance with local and international safety regulations.
Site Inspections and Audits
- Conduct regular safety inspections on site.
- Monitor work practices to ensure compliance.
- Identify unsafe conditions and take corrective actions.
- Prepare audit reports and follow up on observations.
Training and Incident Management
- Conduct safety inductions for employees and contractors.
- Organize toolbox talks, workshops, and training sessions.
- Investigate accidents, near-misses, and unsafe acts.
- Prepare incident reports and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
Documentation and Coordination
- Maintain HSE records, reports, and logs.
- Monitor PPE and safety signage use.
- Coordinate with project managers, supervisors, authorities, and contractors.
- Participate in safety committees and meetings.
Environmental Responsibilities
- Monitor environmental compliance, including waste management and emissions.
- Ensure minimal environmental impact from site activities.
- Report environmental incidents.
Compensation
- Pay starts from AED 3,000 per month.
