Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Implement and assess the project Safety Management System and recommend revisions as needed.
• Advise the client, KEO project team, and contractors on HSE issues and current best practices.
• Deliver HSE training, monitor contractor standards, and maintain project incident and statistical data.
• Lead incident reporting and investigations, including root cause analysis and prevention recommendations.
• Review monthly incident data and KPIs and conduct periodic project inspections.
• Manage KEO Safety Officers, review contractor HSE documentation, and track closure of violation and inspection reports.
• Chair project HSE meetings and attend construction progress meetings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of career experience.
• Bachelor of Science degree in Health, Safety and Environmental.
• Arabic language proficiency is required.
• Chartered status with a NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent is required.
• Project experience on mixed-use projects.

Workplace

• The HSE Manager will work on a project in Saudi Arabia and provide safety oversight on site.
