Key skills for this role
Experience leading Health, Safety and Environmental programmes within a manufacturing environment.
A track record of driving positive behavioural and cultural change.
Strong knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ideally ISO 50001.
Experience managing audits, legal compliance and management systems.
NEBOSH Level 6 Diploma (or equivalent), or currently working towards completion.
IEMA Certificate in Environmental Management.
ISO Lead Auditor qualification.
Able to influence and communicate to a range of stakeholders, including senior leaders.
Critical thinking skills and the ability to constructively resolve problems.
Be able to coach and lead non reporting teams through change.
