The position involves developing and implementing a Health and Safety Management System in line with Qatar’s legislative framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain HSE processes and procedures for the safe running of a construction site.
- Perform health, safety, and environment responsibilities in accordance with the company HSE management system and codes.
- Prepare and deliver training and technical presentations to staff and clients.
- Continuously monitor safety inspections and site issues and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Train team members on HSE codes and practices.
- Conduct risk analysis, job hazard analysis, and job safety analysis.
- Investigate and report accidents and incidents.
