- Ensure proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials and chemicals
- Support environmental monitoring and reporting activities
- Participate in emergency response planning and drills
- Coordinate with emergency response teams during incidents
- Ensure firefighting, lifesaving, and rescue equipment are inspected and maintained
- Lead HSE planning and execution across offshore sites, including artificial islands, platforms, and subsea systems
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Minimum 20+ years of HSE experience in oil & gas
- 8+ years in offshore leadership roles
- Offshore certifications (e.g., BOSIET, HUET)
- NEBOSH IGC or equivalent
- Experience in managing HSE for mega EPC projects, shutdowns, and brownfield upgrades
- PMC experience preferred
- Previous experience in ADNOC Offshore projects in similar role preferred

- Interface with client representatives, regulatory bodies, and EPC contractors to ensure alignment with project HSE goals.
- Mentor and supervise HSE officers and engineers, fostering a proactive safety culture.
- Ensure compliance with ADNOC and international standards (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 14001, OSHA, NEBOSH).
Experience Required
- Minimum 20+ years of HSE experience in oil & gas, with 8+ years in offshore leadership roles.
- Offshore certifications (e.g., BOSIET, HUET) and NEBOSH IGC or equivalent are mandatory.
- Must have experience in managing all Health, Safety, and Environment activities for offshore oil and gas construction
- Proven track record in managing HSE for mega EPC projects, shutdowns, and brownfield upgrades
- PMC experience will be preferred
- Previous experience in the ADNOC Offshore projects in the similar role would be an added advantage
