Tadmur Holding WLL is seeking an HSE Manager with a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and at least 15 years of HSE experience, including 5+ years in a managerial role. The role requires NEBOSH IGC certification, extensive construction-site HSE management experience, and strong leadership skills.
Mandatory / Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- Minimum 15 years of HSE experience, including 5+ years in a managerial role
- NEBOSH IGC certification
- Extensive construction-site HSE management experience
- Strong leadership and subcontractor HSE team management experience
- Knowledge of Risk Assessments, PTW controls, field inspections, incident prevention and corrective actions
- Previous QatarEnergy / Ras Laffan Oil & Gas project experience
- Excellent English communication, coordination and reporting skills
Responsibilities
- Manage HSE activities on construction sites
- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and standards
- Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective actions
- Manage subcontractor HSE teams and coordinate with stakeholders
- Prepare and present HSE reports and documentation
