About the Role
Al Dhafra Pipeline & Contracting seeks an HSE Lead to develop and implement Environmental, Health and Safety Management Systems. The role requires 15+ years in Health and Safety, NEBOSH/IOSH Level 6 or NVQ Level 6, and ISO 45001 Lead Auditor certification.

Responsibilities
- Develop Environmental, Health and Safety Management System (EHSMS), Project EHS Plan, EHS Policy, Operational Control Procedures and other EHS Documents
- Implement and monitor the EHSMS performance of the company
- Conduct EHS Internal Audits and Inspections
- Review Method Statement (MS) and prepare Task Risk Assessment (TRA)
- Conduct near miss, incident and accident investigation
- Manage and lead HSE team
- Plan, lead, and participate in job site safety meetings
- Execute/support all objectives, targets, programs, and action plans related to OHS and Environment
- Collaborate with project managers to implement corrective actions
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years experience in Health and Safety domain
- Post Secondary OSH Qualification (NVQ level 4/5) or Level 6
- ISO 45001 Lead Auditor qualification
- NEBOSH/IOSH Diploma Level 6 or NVQ Level 6
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong sense of leadership and management skills

Qualification
- Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience (as OSH Manager, Lead or above) but later states minimum 15 years in Health and Safety domain.
- Post Secondary OSH Qualification (NVQ level 4/5) or Level 6.
- ISO 45001 Lead Auditor qualification.
- Shall have minimum 15 years experience in Health and Safety domain.
Job Description

- Able to work in a multi national and multi cultural environment.
- Possess strong sense of leadership and management skills.
- Able to manage and lead HSE team.
- Knowledge in Al Dar OSH requirements.
- Plan, Lead, and participate in job site safety meetings.
- Execute/support all objectives, targets, programs, and action plans related to OHS and Environment.
