HSE Inspector

Role Overview

What You Will Do

• Collate, analyze, and submit CSC and contractor data for review.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly client reports and statistics.
• Represent the organization on the project site and promote safe behavior.
• Track preparation, review, approval, and implementation of HSE deliverables.
• Follow up on closeout actions from SORs, abnormal events, audits, and compliance inspections.
• Conduct monthly office inspections and office risk assessments.
• Conduct HSE assurance activities and organize contractor HSE meetings.
• Deliver HSE orientation for new employees and visitors.
• Conduct or support HSE awareness training and incident investigations.
• Review safety cases and overall HSE performance during project execution.
• Liaise with client representatives on HSE matters.
• Provide HSE coverage during shifts and weekend working as needed.

Required Skills

• Degree in Engineering from an accredited university or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of experience, including at least 2 years in a similar role.
• Experience in the Middle East is required, with KSA experience preferred.
• NEBOSH IGC or equivalent certification.
• Professional membership with IOSH or IIRSM.

Desired Skills

• Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative.
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Report writing and data-gathering capability.

Work Setting

• The role represents the organization on a project site and includes office inspections and flexible shift or weekend coverage.
