About the Role
We are seeking a qualified and experienced HSE Engineer to oversee and implement Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements on construction, infrastructure, and engine.

Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor project HSE plans, policies, and procedures
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, client requirements, and company HSE standards
- Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to identify hazards and unsafe conditions
- Monitor contractor compliance with approved safety plans and method statements
- Review Risk Assessments (RA), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS)
- Investigate workplace incidents, accidents, near misses, and unsafe acts
- Conduct HSE induction training and deliver toolbox talks
- Prepare and maintain HSE records, reports, and documentation
- Develop and implement emergency response plans and coordinate drills
Requirements
- Qualified and experienced in HSE for construction, infrastructure, and engineering projects
- Knowledge of HSE regulations, company policies, and project specific requirements
- Experience in conducting risk assessments and safety audits
- Ability to investigate incidents and implement preventive measures
- Strong documentation and reporting skills

Overview
- We are seeking a qualified and experienced HSE Engineer to oversee and implement Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements on construction, infrastructure, and engineering projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Health & Safety Management: Implement and monitor project HSE plans, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, client requirements, and company HSE standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to identify hazards and unsafe conditions.
- Monitor contractor compliance with approved safety plans and method statements.
- Review Risk Assessments (RA), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS).
- Recommend corrective and preventive actions to mitigate identified risks.
- Promote a proactive safety culture across project teams.
- Environmental Management: Monitor compliance with environmental regulations and project environmental management plans.
- Identify environmental risks and ensure implementation of mitigation measures.
- Monitor waste management, pollution prevention, dust control, noise control, and environmental protection measures.
- Conduct environmental inspections and prepare compliance reports.
- Support sustainability initiatives and environmental awareness programs.
