Hiring: HSE Engineer (Consultant) – RTA Road Projects \| Dubai
We are looking for an
Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Engineer
to join our team for R
oad and Infrastructure projects in Dubai for RTA.
This role is strictly for candidates with
consultant-side experience
in UAE road projects, particularly those involving
traffic diversion and work zone safety management
under Dubai Roads and Transport Authority.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 5
- years of HSE experience
- Mandatory
- consultant experience
- on infrastructure/road projects
- Strong background in
- traffic diversion & road safety
- Prior experience with
- RTA projects (highly preferred)
- **NEBOSH certification (mandatory)**
- + safety diploma preferred
- Sound knowledge of
Role Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with
Rta & Dubai Municipality Hse Standards
- Review and approve
- method statements, risk assessments, and traffic diversion plans
- Conduct
- site audits, inspections, and incident investigations
- Monitor contractor HSE performance and enforce corrective actions
- Lead
- toolbox talks, safety meetings, and training sessions
- Act as the
- consultant’s HSE representative
- on-site
Important
Only candidates with
relevant consultant experience in UAE road/RTA projects
