Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies and procedures
- Conduct workplace risk assessments and hazard identification
- Lead incident investigations and prepare detailed reports
- Ensure compliance with applicable occupational health and safety laws
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits
- Organize safety training and awareness programs
- Monitor use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
- Maintain records of safety incidents and corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations
- Monitor waste management, emissions, and environmental impact
- Implement environmental protection initiatives
- Maintain environmental documentation and reporting
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
- NEBOSH IGC or equivalent HSE certification (Mandatory)
- Minimum 3 years of HSE experience in the manufacturing, pipe, or tube mill industry OR in training, education, consultancy, or research in Health & Safety capacity (Mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of machinery safety, hot work, lifting operations, and industrial hazards
- Good communication and reporting skills

HSE & Compliance Officer
- The HSE & Compliance Officer is responsible for ensuring the organization complies with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
- The role focuses on minimizing workplace risks, ensuring legal compliance, promoting a safety culture, and maintaining company standards in line with OSHA and ISO.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

JOB REQUIREMENTS
