Functional Requirements & Working Conditions

• This role operates in an active mining and industrial manufacturing environment. Candidates must be comfortable working in:
• A non-climate-controlled plant with varying temperatures
• Dusty conditions typical of mining and crushing operations
• An environment requiring frequent walking, standing, and use of stairs
• Multi-level plant structures with open-grated stairs and elevated platforms
• Outdoor work areas including an open pit mine and construction zones

Physical & Functional Abilities

Location & Transportation

• Located 45 minutes north of Belleville, ON, Madoc is a rural community of approximately 1,000 residents. The plant is situated 5 km west of town.
• Transportation: Reliable personal transportation is required, as public transit is not available
• Housing: Company-provided housing accommodation is available near the facility (2-minute drive) at no cost

Compensation

• $22.50 – $25.50 per hour
