About The Role
We are currently seeking a highly experienced and dedicated **HSE Assurance Specialist** to join our team.
In this role, you will be seconded on a full-time basis to our client, working directly out of their offices in **Abu Dhabi**.
As a key representative of our company on-site, you will work closely with the client's HSE Assurance and Management System Manager to provide day-to-day specialist support, ensuring the highest standards of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) compliance and system implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning, execution, and follow-up of various HSE assurance activities and audits.
- Format, edit, and standardize HSE procedures and framework documents (in Word) to align with the client’s approved templates and corporate requirements.
- Maintain and update a central tracker for all corrective and preventive actions.
- Provide ongoing technical support regarding the implementation of the HSE Management System.
- Compile and generate weekly logs, monthly summaries, and comprehensive annual assurance reports.
- Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations and reports for executive management review.
- Assist in conducting activity stream kick-off meetings and defining risk-based sampling methodologies.
- Perform additional day-to-day assurance tasks as directed by the client's management team.
Job Type: Full-time
- Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
- Ability to commute/relocate:
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience
- HSE Management System audits and assurance: 8 years (Required)
Language
- English (Required)
• ISO 45001 Lead Auditor (Required)
- ADOSH (Preferred)
