About the Role
We are seeking a proactive Safety Assistant to join our construction team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have 2–4 years of experience with a Dubai-based construction company and knowledge of UAE safety standards.

Responsibilities
- Assist the HSE/Safety Officer in implementing health, safety, and environmental policies on construction sites
- Conduct daily site safety inspections and identify potential hazards
- Ensure compliance with company safety procedures and UAE regulatory requirements
- Monitor the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) by all site personnel
- Maintain safety records, reports, permits, and inspection documentation
- Support safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs
- Report incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions to the Safety Officer
- Coordinate with site supervisors to ensure corrective actions are implemented
- Assist in emergency response and evacuation procedures when required
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience with a Dubai based construction company
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Knowledge of UAE construction safety regulations and best practices
- NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent safety certification preferred
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Job Summary
