About the role
Support the safe delivery of commercial construction projects.
Implement and oversee the HSE Management System while ensuring compliance with WHS and environmental legislation.
Work hands-on at project sites with project teams, subcontractors and regulatory bodies.
Project and site HSE management
- Implement and manage the HSE Management System across assigned projects.
- Identify, assess and control safety and environmental risks.
- Provide HSE input during project handovers and throughout the project lifecycle.
Systems and compliance
- Maintain HSE documentation and systems including Procore and 1Breadcrumb.
- Review and approve SWMS, conduct site inductions and manage permits to work.
- Monitor subcontractor compliance and site safety performance.
Incident, emergency and assurance activities
- Manage incidents and support incident investigations in line with procedures and regulations.
- Provide first aid and coordinate emergency preparedness and drills.
