About the Role

  • Seeking an experienced HRMS Technical Consultant to join the team in Riyadh.
  • Responsible for implementing, customizing, integrating, supporting, and enhancing Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS).
  • Requires strong technical expertise, problem solving abilities, and collaboration with HR teams and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement, configure, and customize HRMS solutions based on business requirements.
  • Analyze technical and functional requirements and propose effective system solutions.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between HRMS and enterprise applications.
  • Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and data interfaces.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
  • Support system upgrades, patches, and enhancement activities.
  • Perform data migration, validation, and reconciliation tasks.
  • Monitor system performance and recommend optimization opportunities.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation and system specifications.
  • Collaborate with HR teams, business users, and project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and organizational policies.
  • Provide technical support and knowledge transfer to end users when required.
