Overview
Support and implement Olive HRMS and payroll solutions for users in the Middle East, South Asia, and Africa.
Provide technical support, documentation, training, and usability improvements for enterprise applications.
Employment and Work Location
- The position is full-time and permanent.
- Work location is in person.
Essential Duties
- Provide expertise on HRIS and HCM applications to internal and external users.
- Answer inquiries, resolve application issues, and escalate or close tickets as needed.
- Train users and create application documentation.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and configure applications.
- Track completed work in the database tracker.
- Escalate issues to third-party vendors and maintain assigned vendor relationships.
- Involve management in issues or projects as needed.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a management degree in an HR field.
- Fluency in written and oral English.
- One to three years of support, business analyst, or similar experience.
