Role Overview
The HRIS Manager is responsible for the strategic leadership, administration, governance, optimization, and continuous improvement of Baylor Genetics' Human Resource Information Systems and related HR technology platforms.
This role serves as the primary owner of HR systems, workforce reporting, analytics, integrations, and process improvement initiatives, ensuring the integrity, security, and effectiveness of employee data and HR technology solutions.
The HRIS Manager partners closely with Human Resources, Payroll, Finance, Information Technology, and business leaders to drive operational excellence, enable data-driven decision-making, and support organizational growth through scalable HR technology solutions.
This role leads workforce analytics, dashboard development, reporting, and process improvement initiatives utilizing UKG, Power BI, and other business intelligence tools.
