Reporting to the Senior Manager, HRIS, the HRIS Analyst (Payroll, Absence & Time Tracking) will support the ongoing configuration, enhancement and optimization of Workday Payroll, Absence and Time Tracking modules.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on Workday Payroll, Absence and Time Tracking module configuration experience.
Demonstrated experience supporting unionized environments and complex collective agreement requirements and configurations (Counters, Wage Progression, Seniority, etc.).
Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis and problem-solving skills within Workday and integrated HR systems.
Advanced Excel skills with experience working with large datasets and performing detailed analysis.
Experience supporting Workday testing, releases, upgrades and change management activities.
Workday certification and ServiceNow experience are considered assets.
Strong communication, documentation and stakeholder management skills.
High level of confidentiality and diplomacy.
