What Will You Enjoy Doing
HRIS Administration Maintain and support HRIS platforms (e.g. UKG or similar systems) Ensure accuracy, integrity, and security of employee data through regular audits Configure workflows, business processes, and system settings Manage user access, roles, and permissions Troubleshoot system issues and provide end-user support Coordinate system upgrades, patches, and enhancements

Reporting & Analytics Develop, maintain, and distribute standard and ad hoc HR reports Create dashboards and metrics to support HR and business decisions Analyze HR data trends and provide actionable insights Support internal and external audits with required data

Integrations & Data Management Manage HRIS integrations with payroll, benefits, and third-party systems Monitor and resolve file transfer issues (e.g., EDI feeds) Ensure proper data mapping and system compatibility Support data migration and system implementation

What Makes You Great
Education:
Minimum 4-year Degree (Bachelors) in related field or equivalent, preferred
Experience:
2-5 years’ hands-on experience supporting HRIS systems or HR/payroll operations
2-5 years’ hands-on experience with UKG suite of products
Skills:
Ability to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision and excellent time management skills
Strong customer service orientation and ability to support end users
High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
Knowledge of HR processes across the employee lifecycle (hire, transfer, termination, etc.)
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
Experience with reporting tools and dashboard creation
Familiarity with HRIS integrations, file transfers, and data interfaces (e.g., EDI)
Understanding of system configuration, workflows, and user security roles
Experience with HRIS implementations, upgrades, or system migrations
Experience in a multi-state or global organization
