Monitors Human Resources data information needs and designs new or modifies existing systems to meet the internal and external requirements. Position Summary
The HRIS Benefits Analyst researches, analyzes, designs, and maintains systems in support of Human Resources administration that are essential to the operations of University Health. Monitors Human Resources data information needs and designs new or modifies existing systems to meet the internal and external requirements. Must be thorough and accurate in testing and implementation of database changes. Participates in Human Resources projects, events, and activities as assigned.
Duties
- Build queries in People Soft
- Validate data for vendor files
- Run PeopleSoft reports and SQL reports

Experience/Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or a related field is required.
