Responsibilities
- Align business objectives with employees and management in the Dubai region
- Leverage local network to source, recruit, and onboard top tier talent
- Ensure HR practices comply with UAE Labor Laws and free zone/mainland regulations
- Act as trusted advisor for conflict resolution, performance management, and grievance procedures
- Implement and oversee annual performance review cycles
- Design and execute employee engagement initiatives for a multicultural workforce
- Assist in benchmarking and structuring competitive compensation packages
Requirements
- 4 5 years of HRBP experience
- Knowledge of UAE Labor Laws and local regulations
- Experience in talent acquisition and local networking
- Strong employee relations and conflict resolution skills
