Role Overview

  • Strategic Partnership: Align business objectives with employees and management in the Dubai region to foster a high performance culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition & Local Networking: Leverage your local network to source, recruit, and onboard top tier talent for tech, operations, and sales roles.
  • Compliance & Legal: Ensure all HR practices, contracts, and policies strictly comply with UAE Labor Laws and local free zone/mainland regulations.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, handling conflict resolution, performance management, and grievance procedures.
  • Performance Management: Implement and oversee the annual performance review cycles, providing guidance on career development and succession planning.
  • Culture & Engagement: Design and execute employee engagement initiatives tailored to a diverse, multicultural workforce while respecting local cultural nuances.
