Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to understand strategies and talent needs, formulate and execute HR plans
- Drive annual and quarterly performance review processes, coach managers on goal setting and feedback
- Identify high potential employees, develop IDPs, and coordinate training resources
- Act as communication bridge between employees and management, address concerns and resolve conflicts
- Lead employee interviews (onboarding, probation, offboarding, career development) to enhance satisfaction and retention
- Promote company culture, plan team building activities and employee care initiatives
- Ensure HR activities comply with local labor laws and company policies
- Oversee daily administrative operations of Dubai office, including facility management and vendor contracts
- Coordinate with local government authorities (DMCC, MOHRE, Immigration) for license compliance
- Assist in arranging employee business travel and logistics for meetings and client visits
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years of HR related experience, with at least 3 years in an HRBP role
- Experience in administration management
- Prior work experience in Dubai or the broader Middle East region strongly preferred
- Solid knowledge of performance management, talent development, and other core HR modules
- Results oriented, able to thrive in a fast paced environment
- Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese
- Familiarity with UAE labor laws and regulations is a plus

About the Role
- As a member of our Global HR Team, you will act as a Human Resources and Admin Expert, providing strong support for PayerMax's MENA business.
Key Responsibilities HR Business Partner
- Partner closely with business leaders to understand business strategies and talent needs, formulate and execute HR plans.
- Drive annual and quarterly performance review processes, coaching managers on goal setting, performance feedback, and improvement conversations.
- Identify high potential employees, develop Individual Development Plans (IDPs), and coordinate training resources.
- Act as a communication bridge between employees and management, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts.
- Lead various employee interviews (onboarding, probation, offboarding, career development) to enhance satisfaction and retention.
- Work with C&B team to communicate compensation and benefits policies.
- Promote company culture, plan team building activities, employee care initiatives, and internal communication events.
- Ensure all HR activities comply with local labor laws and company policies.
Key Responsibilities Administration
- Oversee day to day administrative operations of Dubai office, including office environment, facility management, supplies procurement, and visitor reception.
- Manage administrative vendors and service contracts, optimizing costs and efficiency.
- Coordinate communications with local government authorities (DMCC, MOHRE, Immigration) to ensure license compliance.
- Assist in arranging employee business travel (flights, hotels, ground transportation) and short term accommodation.
- Coordinate logistics for company meetings and client visits.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8+ years of HR related experience, with at least 3 years in an HRBP role.
- Experience in administration management is required.
- Prior work experience in Dubai or the broader Middle East region is strongly preferred.
- Solid knowledge of performance management, talent development, and other core HR modules.
- Results oriented, able to thrive in a fast paced environment, with strong resilience to pressure.
- Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Familiarity with HR related laws and regulations in the UAE and neighboring countries is a plus.
