Job Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit formalities.
- Support workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning initiatives.
- Handle employee relations, address grievances, and foster a positive work culture.
- Drive performance management processes, including goal setting and appraisals.
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to improve business outcomes.
- Plan and execute employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Act as a change agent during organizational and cultural transformations.
- Manage timesheets, payroll inputs, and full and final settlements.
