Key Responsibilities
- Process contract documentation for external verification and submission (including consular-related requirements where applicable)
- Ensure complete and accurate submission of client and candidate documents
- Maintain and update daily process flow and online tracking system for client visibility
- Provide helpdesk support including handling candidate complaints, follow-ups, notifications, document collection, and returns
- Act as MWO Welfare Representative for assigned cases and welfare-related concerns
- Manage HR hotline/phone queries and provide timely responses to candidates and clients
- Attend meetings and support candidates by addressing HR-related inquiries and concerns
- Coordinate and arrange interviews between clients and candidates, ensuring smooth scheduling and communication
- Track interview feedback and coordinate with recruitment/internal teams for proper follow-up and reporting
