Role Overview
The HR Trainee / Admin Executive supports day-to-day HR and administrative activities in a remote environment.
The role supports recruitment coordination, employee administration, documentation, and process improvements.
The position works with HR, operations, and management teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Support HR administration, employee records, and personnel documentation.
- Assist with recruitment coordination, candidate communication, and interview scheduling.
- Support onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Maintain digital HR records and administrative files.
- Coordinate meetings, calendars, communications, and administrative requests.
- Prepare HR reports, spreadsheets, correspondence, and status updates.
- Respond to employee and stakeholder inquiries within established procedures.
- Assist with HR projects, engagement activities, and process improvements.
- Coordinate with finance, operations, and management on administrative matters.
- Improve HR workflows and remote administrative processes.
