Role Overview
- Role: HR/Team Lead People and Culture
- Reports to: Head of Operations
- Employment Type: Part Time (Potential in the future)
- Location: Remote/Hybrid (Dubai India)
- Management Level: Team Lead
- Role Purpose: To build and run company’s people function, ensuring the company attracts, onboards, develops and retains high performing talent across all departments, while maintaining compliant HR processes, policies and systems that scale with the business.
Key Accountabilities
- Build and maintain the job levelling framework: designing role profiles, grade structures and levelling criteria across all functions to ensure clarity, internal consistency and fair compensation benchmarking as the company scales.
- Own end to end recruitment: managing job postings, sourcing, interview coordination and offer management across all functions; minimising time to hire while maintaining candidate quality and a positive experience throughout.
- Run the onboarding and offboarding programme: delivering a structured 30/60/90 day onboarding for every new joiner and a consistent offboarding process, ensuring all employees start and leave Payatom well and with adherence to proper compliance regulation.
- Lead performance management cycles: coordinating annual and mid year reviews across all departments, maintaining the review calendar, tracking completion rates and ensuring quality, consistency and fairness of outcomes.
- Manage the PIP (performance improvement) process; supporting managers through underperformance conversations; preparing PIPs, supporting managers on delivery, tracking milestones and escalating outcomes to the Head of Operations where required.
- Drive L&D: conducting training needs analysis, sourcing certifications and learning programmes, and maintaining the L&D calendar to close skills gaps and build a learning culture across the team.
- Own culture & engagement: designing and running employee engagement surveys, analysing results, producing action plans and leading retention initiatives that keep Payatom's team motivated and committed.
- Manage the HRIS / HRMS: maintaining accurate employee records, leave tracking, overtime data and compliance documentation; ensuring the system is the single source of truth for all people data across every entity.
Pay
- Pay: AED4,361.90 AED19,093.00 per month
