CVML is hiring an HR Manager – Talent Acquisition to own the recruitment function end-to-end in a fast-paced legal environment. The role includes strategic workforce planning, sourcing, screening, and employer branding.

- Strategic workforce planning
- Manage end to end recruitment across legal, support and operational roles
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through direct sourcing, networking and proactive outreach
- Sourcing and headhunting using professional networks and UAE job boards
- Screen, shortlist and coordinate interviews, ensuring a smooth candidate experience
- Strengthen employer brand across LinkedIn and other channels
- Track and report on hiring metrics (time to hire, source effectiveness, pipeline health)
- Support onboarding and contribute to wider HR and people initiatives
Requirements
- 3+ years of full cycle recruitment experience, including senior and specialist roles
- Knowledge of employment law and regulations across both DIFC and the UAE mainland
- Strong sourcing skills and confidence engaging passive candidates
- Excellent communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or a related discipline

Role Overview

- Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, you'll own the recruitment function end to end with real autonomy and visibility across the firm.
What You'll Do
- Strategic workforce planning
- Manage end to end recruitment across legal, support and operational roles — from intake briefing to offer
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through direct sourcing, networking and proactive outreach
- Sourcing and headhunting: leverage professional networks and headhunting strategies across the primary UAE job boards
- Screen, shortlist and coordinate interviews, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience
- Strengthen our employer brand across LinkedIn and other channels
- Track and report on hiring metrics (time to hire, source effectiveness, pipeline health)
- Support onboarding and contribute to wider HR and people initiatives
What We're Looking For
- An exceptional, career driven professional with a strong background in recruitment, ideally within legal or professional services
- 3+ years of full cycle recruitment experience, including senior and specialist roles
- Knowledge of employment law and regulations across both DIFC and the UAE mainland
- Strong sourcing skills and confidence engaging passive candidates
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organized, discreet and comfortable handling confidential information
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or a related discipline
