Requirements and Description

  • Lead and develop the UK&I HR systems landscape, ensuring systems are efficient, optimised and fit for purpose.
  • Own HR reporting, dashboards and people analytics, delivering meaningful workforce insights and trends.
  • Improve data quality, governance and compliance across all HR systems.
  • Drive process automation and continuous improvement initiatives across the employee lifecycle.
  • Manage HR systems projects, upgrades, integrations and enhancements.
  • Support workforce planning, budgeting and forecasting through robust people data and analysis.
  • Lead HR reporting for audits, compliance requirements and statutory reporting, including Gender Pay Gap reporting.
  • Develop HR systems training, guides and self-service resources for managers and HR teams.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the UK, Ireland and North America.
  • Experience managing HRIS platforms within a medium or large organisation.
  • Strong knowledge of UKG and HR technology solutions.
  • Experience configuring workflows, security roles, reporting and integrations.
  • Advanced Excel and HR data analytics skills.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and the employee lifecycle.
  • Experience leading HR systems projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Knowledge of GDPR and HR data governance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience within aviation, logistics, transport or other multi-site operational environments.
  • Knowledge of payroll integrations and workforce management systems.
  • Experience supporting large frontline or shift-based workforces.
  • CIPD, Prince2, Agile or other relevant professional qualifications.
